We ship from international partner warehouses depending on product availability. This allows us to provide a wide product selection at affordable prices.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, the order may already be processed.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
Some items (intimates, beauty products, sale items) are non-returnable.
